Everything you need to know about ordering, sizing, shipping, and returns.
We offer both. Many pieces in our collection are available as ready-to-wear in standard EU sizes (34–48) and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Select styles — particularly in our Bridal collection — are made-to-order and crafted to your exact measurements in our Kosovo atelier. Each product listing clearly indicates whether it is ready-to-wear or made-to-order.
Yes. We offer a made-to-measure service on most styles. If you would like a specific design made to your measurements, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss the details, timeline, and pricing.
We recommend visiting our Size Guide before ordering. It includes a full EU size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements, as well as instructions on how to take your measurements correctly. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Minor adjustments — such as strap width, hem length, or neckline — may be possible on select styles. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss what is feasible. Alterations may affect pricing and production time.
We make every effort to photograph our garments in natural light to reflect the true colour as closely as possible. However, screen calibration varies between devices, and subtle tonal differences may occur. If colour accuracy is critical to your decision, please contact us and we can provide additional photography or fabric swatches where available.
All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Kosovo. We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are: Europe 3–7 business days, UK 4–8 business days, USA & Canada 7–14 business days, and rest of world 10–20 business days. These are estimates and exclude customs processing time. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are dispatched within 10–20 business days from the date your measurements are confirmed.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. VASHE has no control over customs clearance or the fees charged by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
If your order is refused at customs or returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, we will refund the product value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items, provided they are unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
No. All custom-made and made-to-measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Yes. We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for, and we will guide you through the process.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Electronic (debit). Bank transfer is available on request for larger orders. All transactions are processed securely — your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. All payments on vashe.shop are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your card information is never stored by VASHE.
For high-value orders such as bridal gowns, payment in two instalments may be arranged. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss this option.
VASHE is designed and produced in Kosovo. Founded by Arjeta Qehaja-Shkodra and Durojeta Bucolli, the brand is shaped by a love for refined design and modern femininity.
We do not currently operate a public retail space. If you are local to Kosovo and would like to arrange a private viewing or fitting, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
