Shipping Policy

Every VASHE piece is designed and crafted in Kosovo, then carefully packaged and dispatched to you. We ship worldwide and take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time and are dispatched within 10–20 business days from the date your measurements are confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

We ship globally from our atelier in Kosovo. Estimated delivery times below are in business days after dispatch and exclude customs processing time.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. VASHE is not responsible for delays caused by carrier schedules, weather, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will assist you.

International Customs and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Kosovo may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

VASHE has no control over customs clearance timelines and cannot predict what charges may be applied. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If an order is refused at customs or the recipient declines to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How Your Order Is Packaged

Every VASHE garment is carefully prepared and placed in protective packaging before dispatch. Garments are wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a branded box or bag, designed to preserve the quality of your piece during transit.

We take pride in the unboxing experience and treat every order as a gift — to you or from you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the garment and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the parcel cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
