Refund Policy

We want you to love your VASHE piece. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition, with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned after 30 days may be accepted for store credit only, at our discretion.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at the email address below with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

04 Send the parcel to the address provided in our return instructions
05 Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed
Do not send your return without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit.

To request an exchange, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are also not refundable by VASHE.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit equivalent to the value of your return. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on any future purchase at vashe.shop.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made and made-to-measure orders — these are crafted to your exact specifications and are final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior written agreement
Custom orders are final sale. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on made-to-measure garments unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at the email address below. Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom-made items are exempt from this right under EU Distance Selling regulations (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
