Explore our collections at vashe.shop/shop. Each product page includes high-resolution photography, a detailed description, fabric information, and available sizes.

Use the category filters to explore New In, Bridal, Women, and Prom collections. If you need help finding a specific style or want advice, feel free to contact us.

Select Your Size

VASHE garments are sized in European sizing (EU 34–48). Select your size from the available options on the product page. Each listing specifies whether the item is ready-to-wear (shipped in your selected size) or made-to-order (crafted to your measurements).

For made-to-order items, you will be asked to provide your measurements at checkout or via email after your order is placed. See our Size Guide for exact measuring instructions.

Add to Cart & Checkout

Once you have selected your item and size, click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide:

• Your shipping address
• Your contact email and phone number
• Your body measurements (for made-to-order pieces)
• Your preferred payment method

All fields marked as required must be completed before your order can be placed.

We accept the following secure payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is accepted.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and details. Please save this email — it serves as your proof of purchase.

If you ordered a made-to-order or custom piece, our team may reach out via email to confirm your measurements or discuss specific details of your garment before production begins.

Production & Dispatch

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced in our Kosovo atelier and dispatched within 10–20 business days, depending on the complexity of the garment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your piece.

Receive Your Order

Your VASHE piece will arrive carefully packaged in branded packaging, wrapped in tissue paper to protect the garment during transit.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is not as expected — wrong item, damage, or quality concern — contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve it promptly.
