Operations and Shipping

VASHE is designed and produced in Kosovo. All orders are fulfilled from our atelier in Kosovo and shipped worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local carrier handling.

Section 06

Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products, however we cannot guarantee that your screen's display is accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites. In no case shall VASHE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured through the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VASHE and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo and applicable European Union regulations.
